Yes — when you invest through Easinvest, you’re buying shares in a company that owns the property. This gives you beneficial ownership and entitles you to a share of the rental income and any potential capital growth.

We offer a range of carefully selected residential, commercial, and development opportunities across the UK — from prime London real estate to regional growth markets.

You’ll receive your share of rental income while the property is tenanted. Over time, if the value of the property increases, you may also benefit from capital appreciation when the property is sold or refinanced.

We take security seriously. Each property is held in a separate UK limited company, with robust due diligence, professional management, and regulatory oversight built into our process.

We charge a small sourcing and management fee, which is included in each investment’s financial breakdown. There are no hidden charges — all fees are fully transparent and outlined before you invest.

You can typically exit your investment through one of the following:

  • Scheduled property sale or refinancing.

  • Secondary market (coming soon), where you may be able to sell your shares to other investors. We’ll always communicate exit options clearly for each investment.
