Yes — when you invest through Easinvest, you’re buying shares in a company that owns the property. This gives you beneficial ownership and entitles you to a share of the rental income and any potential capital growth.

You’ll receive your share of rental income while the property is tenanted. Over time, if the value of the property increases, you may also benefit from capital appreciation when the property is sold or refinanced.
